Cancellation and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal Period
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Return Conditions
Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
Invoice, accessories and gifts sent with the product must be returned completely
The product packaging must be unopened (for hygiene products)
No modifications should have been made to the product
Return Procedure
Step 1: Notify your return request to our customer service via email or phone.
Step 2: You will be sent a return form and return shipping code.
Step 3: Send the product in its original packaging with the return form.
Step 4: Your return will be processed after the product reaches us and is inspected.
Refund Amount
The amount of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card or bank account within 14 days after the product reaches us and is inspected.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for exercising the right of withdrawal belongs to the BUYER. If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, you need to return the current product first and then place a new order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you complete your purchase. Additionally, The Golden Yacht Home Collection offers free shipping on all orders over $50.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3–6 business days within the United States, and within 7–10 business days for international shipments.
